Paignton’s very own Ocean Youth Radio are going live directly from the Projection Room in collaboration with Wide Open and Filament CIC!

Tune in from 9am to 5pm on DAB, online, and through the Ocean Youth app to hear young local presenters sharing their memories and experiences of life in Paignton. Expect interviews, listener engagement, and plenty of great tunes!

Ocean Youth Radio was created in 2012 with the aim of getting the voices of young people heard in and around Torbay. 12 years later, they are on DAB across Torbay, reaching record numbers of listeners, usually broadcasting live at their Ocean Youth Studio, and bringing more young people together than ever.

The Projection Room is a new cultural space on Torbay Road made possible by Paignton Picture House Trust - a space to find out more about the restoration of the magnificent Paignton Picture House, their fundraising appeal, creative and cultural activities and more. This welcoming space is wheelchair accessible, with toilet facilities on site.
