Join October's resident group of artists to explore what a care-led process can look like, and indeed, sound like - and how the economies of care shape creative practise and society.

SqueezeBox opens up conversation on care as universal experiences through installation, performance and workshops. SqueezeBox brings together humour, radical tech, lo-fi instruments, care & community voices, journeying through raw lived experience of disability being distorted beyond recognition by dehumanising systems of assessment.

SqueezeBox expands dialogue around disability, care & connection. Hugh’s first-hand experience of relentless examinations & assessments, leaves him well placed to create an honest depiction of the emotional battles from joy to despair, desolation to solidarity.
