Trio of Men - Instant Song Writing Workshop

  • Paignton Library Great Weston Road Paignton, England, TQ4 5AG United Kingdom (map)

Curious and quirky, Trio of Men are spontaneous song-makers from Devon, creating unique songs inspired by local history, geology, science, and wildlife. They share their music in care homes, hospitals, with community choirs, school groups, and at festivals like WOMAD and End of the Road.

Join the Trio of Men for an intergenerational song writing workshop! The Trio love to get people of all ages making music together, and they bring a wealth of experience in doing that and making everyone feel welcome. These joyful, instant song writing workshops are open to all, whether you see yourself as musical or not - all ages and skill levels are welcome. Bring an instrument if you have one and bring yourself if you don’t.

Armed with a whiteboard, pens, an accordion, a cajón, a ukulele, and a box of instruments and toys, Trio of Men will inspire imaginations and create music in the moment. Come along for some fun!

Pay what you feel with suggested donations of £0, £5, £10, £15.

The workshop includes a refreshment break.
